Sector Skills Assessment and Cluster Reports Update
Each year, Sector Skills Councils produce reports highlighting the key issues affecting their sector and the skills implications for their employers.
The 2009 reports were supplemented by a suite of six cluster reports, commissioned by BIS and defined in New Industries New Jobs (October 2009) as:

Digital Britain
Engineering Construction
Life Science and Pharmaceuticals
Low Carbon economy
BIS intend to use these reports alongside the annual SSA reports as part of their National Strategic Skills Audit which will inform future planning.
