Only days into her appointment, Elaine Moore, Wales Manager for the Alliance of Sector Skills Councils, was certainly putting her best foot forward meeting Welsh Assembly Deputy Minister for Skills John Griffiths at the FSSC Wales Dinner on 29 July. This was a dazzling champagne reception and black tie dinner in the awe-inspiring setting of Cardiff Castle. Naturally it was also a great opportunity to meet with local FSSC members including new FSSC Wales Manager, Stewart Forrester.
